I am an Integrated Medical Healthcare Practitioner, National Board Certified, Naturopathic Massage Therapist trained in a variety of holistic health modalities. You are welcome to contact me for a Holistic Health & Wellness Consultation.

@1 services are administered on-site and in your own home.  @1 always practices Universal Precaution safety procedures. Clean sanitary linens, table, equipment and PPE are provided. All appointments are by referral only. Travel fee is included in service charge and gratuities are appreciated.

@1 also provides therapy for Horses. As a Certified Equine Massage Therapist, I treat horses of all disciplines and breeds with Integrated Manual Therapy.

@1 is Registered with Yoga Alliance for Yoga Instruction for all ages and fitness levels.
